Adair offers many ways to customize bathroom finishes to fit your personal style. 

Your Adair home comes with brushed nickel finishes included, but you also have the option to upgrade products such as electrical, plumbing, and bath accessories in different styles and finishes.

Adair offers 2cm quartz in two color choices as the standard countertop and backsplash included in the base cost of your home. We offer dozens of upgrade options for countertops and a large variety of tile backsplash products as well.

Take your pick between luxury vinyl plank, laminate, engineered hardwood, or tile.

Adair partners with T&A Supply to offer laminate and luxury vinyl plank as standard products in our base homes. If you would like to upgrade your flooring, you can choose from Luxury Vinyl Plank, Laminate, Engineered Hardwood, or Tile in a variety of colors and styles.

At Adair, we provide a tub and shower combo as standard in our home plans. We also provide the ability to customize your bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaker tub, or freestanding tub with the tile and finishings of your choice.
