Site Preparation

Most lots require at least some degree of site preparation. This might include removing trees, leveling the area where the house will go, putting in a gravel driveway, installing a well, connecting temporary utilities, or other tasks.

We assess your land to determine what site development work is needed and provide rough cost estimates.

Project: Modified Livingston Plan

This stunning home is 3,688 square feet and features our signature elevation. The home is a modified version of our Livingston floor plan. These homeowners added a mother-in-law suite, and 3rd bay to the garage.

Project: Mt. Rainier Plan

This gorgeous home is 3,217 square feet and features our signature elevation. The homeowner’s purchased a piece of land with a dilapidated home and demolished it, developed the land, and built this beautiful custom Mt. Rainier home in its place.

This beautiful, modern kitchen is from our Mt. Rainier plan. These customers went with quartz countertops, white painted cabinets, subway tile, and stainless steel appliances.

Project: Custom Home by Adair

This custom beauty is 3,540 square feet and features our impressions elevation with a little bit of farmhouse flair. The main level is just over 1900 sf with an open concept design and two car garage. It also has a daylight basement to accommodate the sloped lot, that houses 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bonus room and an additional single-car garage.
