We start by evaluating your land to determine the site development requirements and gathering costs. You choose a custom home plan and tailor it to your tastes and Adair Homes handles the rest. This includes site development, connecting temporary utilities, site clean-up, excavation, and more.
Your Home Ownership Counselor will schedule a site visit where your Super will review the site, talk through your home’s location and determine the site development requirements— ranging from excavation to flatwork.
Your Construction Super will use the information gained during the site visit to determine your Turn Key site development costs, while you work with your Home Ownership Counselor to finalize your home plan, options and colors.
After you have finalized the details of your home with your Home Ownership Counselor, the in-house Drafting team at Adair Homes will develop a custom concept plot plan and floor plan with flatwork.
All of your selections have been made, and you have approved your concept plans; you are ready to order your new custom Adair home.
