We know that it is important for everyone to have a space to call their own, which is why we created the 512 plan - a separate suite that can be added to almost all of our existing home plans. 

The 512 suite includes a bedroom, full bathroom, living area with a kitchenette, and a space designed for a stackable washer and dryer. It even has a separate entrance - A true home within a home.

Duplex Home Plans

Look no further, Adair has already created Duplex home plan options that are perfect for multi-generational living.

Multigenerational home life is an easier adjustment when your house is designed to accommodate it. By having a separate space to retreat, family members can operate self-sufficiently and have the level of privacy they desire.

Having a separate entrance also allows them to freely come and go without feeling like they are disturbing the rest of the family.

Dual Primary-Suites

Built for large families and multi-generational living.

You're in luck! The 3136 sq. ft. Ashton plan is already built for convenient multi-generational living with two primary suites and a large open concept area where the whole family can gather.

If the Ashton plan doesn't feel like the right fit, you also have the option to add a second primary suite to either the Creston plan at 2512 sq. ft. or the St. Helens plan at 2711 sq. ft.
