A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
- The Adair Homes Friends & Family Referral Program is available for messengers, subcontractors, previous Adair Homes homeowners, and home buyers who have a current order for a home now pending.
- If two or more persons refer the same person(s), the first referral received will be accepted.
- An existing homeowner can refer themselves for another home!
- We will keep your information private.
- The $2500* referral check will be mailed after foundation placement occurs for the referred customer. You will need to confirm your mailing address prior to mailing the check.
- You can refer friends & family to build at any of our locations. View our build area map.
- Adair Homes reserves the right to modify or amend the referral program without advance notice and to make final interpretations.
- Referred customers must be registered in our Partner Referral Program before their first communication with an Adair Homes team member to be eligible.
- *$2500 for past Adair Customers, $1000 for all other friend/family referrals
