 When you make the decision to build with Adair, you get the privilege of working with our amazing cabinet parters, RidgeCrest Custom Cabinetry. RidgeCrest has been making beautiful custom cabinets since 1972 and is a leading manufacturer in the Western United States.
 
Included in the base price of your home, is custom cabinetry made to order specifically for the kitchen and bathrooms in your home. Cabinets come standard in Beechwood, with 3 door styles and 7 stain colors to choose from. All cabinets include brushed nickel knobs.

Standard Flooring

Adair offers & Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), Laminate, and Carpet as standard flooring options in our base homes. 

LVT is easy to clean, waterproof, and extremely durable. It comes standard in the wet areas of the home like bathrooms and mudrooms. Laminate flooring is durable, great for high traffic areas, and withstands exposure to light which is why we offer it as the standard product in the main living areas of the home.

Countertops & Backsplash

At Adair, quartz countertops (2cm) with 6" backsplash are included in the base cost of the home. 

Quartz counters are durable and more resistant to scratches, chips and cracks than other surfaces. Quartz also resists water damage, stains, mold, and bacteria. See the photo on the right for images of our standard quartz products.

Your Adair home will also include brushed nickel bath accessories from Better Home Products. BHP is a leading supplier of decorative and functional hardware products and was founded over 25 years ago.
