 When you make the decision to build with Adair, you get the privilege of working with our amazing cabinet parters, RidgeCrest Custom Cabinetry. RidgeCrest has been making beautiful custom cabinets since 1972 and is a leading manufacturer in the Western United States.
 
Included in the base price of your home, is custom cabinetry made to order specifically for the kitchen and bathrooms in your home. Cabinets come standard in Beechwood, with 3 door styles and 7 stain colors to choose from. All cabinets include brushed nickel knobs.

Standard Flooring

Adair offers Shaw Vinyl & Carpet as well as Armstrong Vinyl Flooring as the standard flooring options in our base homes. 

Vinyl is easy to clean, stain-resistant, waterproof, extremely durable, and affordable. It is great for busy families and for wet areas like laundry rooms and bathrooms. Choose from a range of styles including wood, stone, patterned, and tile looks.
